As part of an extensive master plan encompassing private and affordable housing, Deacon and Richardson have been tasked to design a cutting-edge Medical Centre. The forthcoming facility will boast a generous 650m² of clinical space. This will provide 12 state-of-the-art consulting and treatment rooms, thoughtfully complemented by well-lit and spacious waiting areas.

Nestled on the outskirts of Godstone Village, the site sits at the periphery of the quarry development site. Our design concept seamlessly harmonizes with the natural landscape of a former quarry, causing minimal disruption to the existing tree line. Our architectural vision draws inspiration from the local vernacular, infusing the project with regional character. Maintaining local styles while simultaneously incorporating contemporary elements the proposal epitomizes the vision of a forward-looking modern healthcare facility.
