Planning has recently been granted for 5 townhouses on the Fairholme site in the Southdown Conservation area in Lewes. The planning committee voted unanimously for the scheme citing that it would make a positive and welcomed contribution to the area. Traditional materials and form are combined with contemporary detailing to give the proposals their own identity whilst successfully fitting within the conservation area.
