Planning permission has just been granted for this extensive remodelling of an existing chalet bungalow in Ovingdean, Brighton.  The approved scheme provides a greatly improved level of accommodation, with 4 large double bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/Living/Dining room with direct access to a raised terrace to the south facing garden. New areas of construction have been kept to a minimum with the majority of the alterations kept within the existing buildingfootprint. The external appearance of the home is to be transformed in line with the clients desired aesthetic. We look forward to taking this scheme further through the workstages and watching it grow!
