One of the two new dwellings at 132 Longhill Road is progressing well on site. These photos depict Unit 2 at the rear of the site, which will be a two bedroom, single storey dwelling. Once this is completed, Unit 1, which is accessed from Wanderdown Road, will be built. Both proposed dwellings are on course to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. Planning approval was obtained via committee in August of last year.
