Planning permission has been achieved to transform an existing bungalow on Beacon Hill, Ovingdean.
The proposal adds a first floor to the existing low slung house and applies new roof forms and contemporary materials, creating a striking modern home. A new first floor balcony and large areas of glazing make the most of stunning views across St. Dunstan’s and down to the sea.
Construction is set to begin in Spring 2018 and we hope to be posting images of the construction as the development unfolds.
