Deacon and Richardson, in collaboration with Lewis & Co. Planning Consultants , have recently overturned a refused planning application by appeal. The proposals at 15 Shaftesbury Road Brighton, which comprise demolition of an existing single storey rear extension and construction of a new full width rear extension, were originally refused by Brighton and Hove City Council. The project is now on course to start on site in Spring 2014.
